i love imperfection!

unfortunately this year valentine's falls on the very first day of chinese new year. we celebrated our valentine with me being away in melaka and he was in kl.

however we made it to each other over a simple delicious brunch @ Jarrod and Rawlins

with gps guiding our way there,

they have special brunch on every weekends from 10am to 3pm

it's a friendly neighbour cafe with excellent service

serving from breakfast to dinner to liquors for happy hours using they best fine ingredients in every serving


coffee or tea or me?
every set of brunch comes with a choice of coffee or tea and a cup of orange juice

while waiting, we were enjoying the morning sun ray,

a great ambiance to feel the "morning breakfast feeling"

A complete healthy breakfast for a lazy morning worm like him to wake him up!


for her, R&J's Eggs Benedict "Indulgence"
two soft poached organic eggs with choice of smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce.
the sauce just complements the eggs perfectly but a choice of smoked salmon wasn't my favourite. Bacon would have be a better choice

of cos gifts are not left out as it was our first year anniversary and valentine together.
for my part,

as a handicraft craze person, i love everything to be handmade and personalized for it will only be one of a kind in the world.
so here an album telling our story from the very first moment we met.

and a personalized crafted keychain from me pairing us up perfectly.

for his part,

a puzzle from him, piecing us up nicely which is also specially personalized which took few week before he could get his hands on it . =))

you showered me the rain of love to wash away my fears,
